Terry has been a licensed estate agent since 1976. Terry has been responsible for many innovative residential and commercial projects in Ballarat in that time.

His expansion into South-east Queensland has seen primarily a focus on commercial land with the Redcliffe Gardens project being a successful flagship.

Louise was born in 1976 in Ballarat, Victoria and educated both there and later in Geelong then Melbourne. In 1992 Louise was the youngest Real Estate Sub Agent in Victoria and obtained her Full Victorian Estate agents Licence in October 1999.
Experience for some years in large scale Property Management with just on 600 properties, owners and tenants to care for has given Louise a broad and disciplined skill set.

Peter has worked with the directors of The Covecrest Group in various ventures over the last 12 years both in Queensland and interstate.

He brings  a wide range of experience in  residential, commercial, industrial and subdivision projects with emphases on low to medium density housing through to custom built homes.

Peter originates.......  in Ballarat and Melbourne, and now resides in sunny Brisbane.

Jo has been a part of the team for several years now with a bit of time out bringing her beautiful daughter into the world.

Jo has a broad skill set after many years in both retail and Hospitality/Hotel industries.

A born and bred Queensland, Jo has a love of housing and her attention to detail and warm personality is a bonus to the team.

Jo is responsible for keeping Terry and Lou organised and on time!

Jenny joined the team in April 2006 and has over 10 years experience in Accounts/Office Administration.  Originally from Melbourne, Jenny now calls Brisbane’s Bayside home with her 2 teenage children. Jenny has experience in a several fields such as work in legal firms, education, building and construction.
