Terry has been a licensed estate agent since 1976 in Victoria and now in Queensland and has been responsible for many innovative residential and commercial projects in Ballarat, Victoria and South East Queensland since that time.

His move into South-East Queensland has seen primarily a focus on commercial land with the Redcliffe Gardens project being the successful flagship, then Hamilton Hillside Gardens and several other projects.

Louise was born in 1976 in Ballarat, Victoria and educated both there and later in Geelong then Melbourne.  In 1992 Louise was the youngest Real Estate Sub Agent in Victoria and obtained her full Victorian Estate Agents Licence in October 1999.

Experience for some years in large scale Residential Property Management with just on 600 properties, owners and tenants to care for has given Louise a broad and disciplined skill set.

Louise’s love of property sees her being involved in everything from site selection, negotiation to design and colour selections and marketing the properties as the development cycle progresses.  Louise is currently a licensed Estate Agent in Queensland.

Peter has worked with the directors of the Covecrest Group in various ventures since 1996 both in Victoria and Queensland.

Peter brings a wide range of experience in planning and design of residential, commercial, industrial and subdivision projects with emphasis on low to medium density housing through to custom built homes.

Peter originates from Adelaide and moved to Ballarat with our group and now resides in sunny Brisbane.

Jo has been a part of the team for several years now with some time out bringing her beautiful daughter into the world.

Jo has a broad skill set after many years in both retail and Hospitality/Hotel Industries.

A born and bred Queenslander, Jo has a love of housing and her attention to detail and warm personality is a bonus to our team.

Jo is responsible for keeping Terry and Lou organised and on time!

Julie joined our team in September 2010 with over 18 years finance & management experience predominately in the construction, general insurance & security industries.  Julie has a love for building and construction of both residential and commercial properties.

Julie is responsible for all day to day finance tasks for our group as well as assisting Terry and Lou in budgeting, cash flow and job costing on a corporate basis as well as individual project basis.
